Teens Injured in Town of Deerfield Crash

At approximately 7:00 pm on Saturday, October 25th, Dane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 1326 USH 12/18 in the town of Deerfield for a two-vehicle crash with multiple injuries.

 

Siena G. Casanova, age 17 of Madison, had been traveling east on USH 12/18 in a Pontiac Vibe and was attempting to make a left turn into Schuster’s Farm and failed to yield to an oncoming westbound Chevrolet Corvette.  Casanova had five female passengers in the vehicle, all of whom were 14 years old.  Med Flight, as well as numerous ambulances responded to transport five of the six girls to UW Hospital.  None of the injuries were life-threatening.

 

The driver of the 2006 Chevrolet Corvette, Donald Bladorn, age 63 of Houston, TX, was not injured in the crash.

 

Casonova was cited for Failure to Yield, and a GDL violation.
