Dane County Regional Airport Website Goes Mobile
Mobile Site Offers Instant Access to Flight Information for Travelers

Madison, WI –  Dane County Regional Airport (DCRA), which serves more than 1.5 million passengers annually, has selected FlightView to create and power its first mobile website.  This mobile website will enhance the traveling experience at DCRA by making it easier to gain instant access to real-time flight information, airport services, and local amenities with any mobile device.

“FlightView is another fine example of the Dane County Regional Airport anticipating and serving the needs of its travelers,” said Dane County Executive Joe Parisi.  “This technology will only improve the great experience passengers have at DCRA.”

DCRA’s new mobile website is optimized for all major mobile platforms, including Android, iPhone, and BlackBerry. It offers visitors a user-friendly experience that delivers the travel information they need most with a clean, uncluttered look that is easy to navigate. The mobile content is broken up into three key areas:

Flight information, enabling users to track arriving and departing flights, monitor schedule changes, and view airline contact information.

Airport amenities, offering details on airport services, parking, dining, and shopping.

Local information, providing visitors with information on nearby hotels, ground transportation, and driving directions.
