Falk Statement: Passing of Chief Deputy Ron Boylan

Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk issued the following statement after this week’s passing of Dane County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Ron Boylan:

 

“On behalf of everyone inside and out of county government who had the great pleasure of knowing and working with Ron Boylan, I want to extend my deepest sympathies to Ron’s loved ones, friends, family, and every member of the Dane County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Ron dedicated two and a half decades of his life to proudly serving and protecting Dane County citizens as a dedicated law enforcement professional.  His untimely passing comes during the week in which he was to be thanked and commended by myself and the county board for his 25 years of service to Dane County citizens. 

 

Ron Boylan’s warm-heart, public service, and sense of humor will be greatly missed.”
