Stoughton Man Arrested for 6th OWI Offense

Madison, WI. February 23, 2008. The Dane County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Stoughton man Friday night for his 6th offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. Wayne S. Seymour, 45, was operating his vehicle near the intersection of United States Highway 51 and Brooklyn Drive in the town of Dunn when he went off of the road. Deputies found Seymour after a passerby had called the Dane County Communications Center to advise that a vehicle had been operated recklessly and subsequently went off of the road. Seymour was booked into the Dane County Jail on a felony charge of Operating While Intoxicated.
