Dane County Sheriff David Mahoney is pleased to announce the promotions of four deputies. Deputy Sheriff’s Nick Skrepenski, Charles Immel, and Sherri Casper were all promoted to Sergeant, while Deputy Erin Leuzinger has been promoted to the rank of D-IV Detective. Deputy Nick Skrepenski has been with the Dane County Sheriff’s Office since 1997. He has most recently been working as a patrol deputy out of the west precinct and resides in Sun Prairie. Deputy Charles Immel has most recently been working in the Security Services Division as part of the jail diversion team. He has been a Dane County Deputy for almost 5 years and lives in Columbus, WI. Deputy Sherri Casper is an 13 year veteran of the Dane County Sheriff’s Office who lives in Sun Prairie. Her most recent assignment has been as a background investigator. Deputy Erin Leuzinger has also been working as a background investigator for the Sheriff’s Office. She lives in Mt. Horeb and has been a Dane County Deputy since 1999. “I know these individuals will continue to represent the Sheriff’s Office and serve our communities with the highest of standards,” Sheriff Mahoney stated.
