Madison Man Arrested for 5th OWI Offense

Madison, WI. February 24, 2008. The Dane County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Madison man Saturday night for his 5th offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. Michael A. Blood, 45, was operating his vehicle near the intersection of Rattman Road and Leslie Lane in the town of Burke when he went off of the road. Deputies found Blood after a passerby had called the Dane County Communications Center to advise that a vehicle was off of the road and the driver appeared intoxicated. Blood was booked into the Dane County Jail on a felony charge of Operating While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Driver’s License, and Obstruction.
