Event Description
Join the Friends of Silverwood for their popular spring-time mushroom inoculation workshops!
About:
Over the course of several hours, registrants will learn how to inoculate a mushroom log as well as how to care for it throughout the season in order to achieve a successful mushroom harvest. There will be opportunities to purchase pre-inoculated mushroom logs. Mushroom samples will be available to taste test.
- Dress for the weather. Workshop is in an outside barn.
- We have access to the heated house bathrooms.
- Multiple workshop dates and times are available.
