Event Description
This group is for persons living with MCI or mild dementia. This group is a welcoming place to talk, connect, and engage together. We will check in with each other, socialize, exercise and complete some brain health activities. All participants MUST have a pre-screening with the program facilitator prior to attending your first session. You are welcome to connect with the facilitator to learn more about the group.
